I’m a Naturopathic Doctor in Santa Cruz, California and I meet patients where they are. My practice provides patient-focused Naturopathic medical care that uses an integrative & functional approach. My specialties include cardiovascular health; addictions & mental health; and pain management.
I consider the whole individual and create a partnership with each patient to improve their health and quality of life. I use a broad range of treatments from diet & lifestyle counseling to injection therapy. Medical concerns are first treated with naturopathic care before moving into western modalities. It depends on each person’s conditions and needs.

Let's start with a free 15-minute consult to discuss your health concerns & whether Naturopathic medicine is for you.

Taking Your Case
Before your first appointment, you'll fill out online forms, gather medical records, & complete a 5-7 day diet diary. This will help focus your treatments.

Your 1st Appointment
We'll speak in depth about you, your health, and your life. I'll consider your whole story.
Together, we'll come up with a treatment plan that works for you.
4.
Continual Healing
We are addressing your whole person & this will take time, requiring your continued participation & willingness. Your health & treatment plan will shift over time as you make progress.
